1. Make sure you are subscribed to the Grow with Anna app! 2. Enter your name and email to enrol at the top of this webpage. 3. Download your Healthy Habit Tracker (we'll email it to you!) 4. Select the You Grow Girl 2.0 program in your app from January 30th!
Absolutely! Our You Grow Girl workout plans are designed to work for EVERYBODY, you can join the You Grow Girl Challenge no matter where you are in your journey. You may choose to start with the original You Grow Girl plan, still available in the app, or you can jump in and join us for 2.0 - it's totally up to you!
To get access to the You Grow Girl workout programs, you must be a Grow with Anna app subscriber.
