There are so many free YouTube workouts, what is the difference with the App?

Inside the App you'll not only get to workout with Anna in the style you know and love from YouTube, but you will be recommended a structured plan to follow based on your goals. When you have a plan, you are 57% more likely to achieve your goals— and you can stop scrolling, and just open the App to workout each day!

Plus you'll get access to countless healthy recipes, habit tracker and all of our community challenges.

I'm a beginner, is there something for me?

Absolutely! All of our workouts and plans are adaptable for all levels. Anna will guide you and motivate you, plus you can go at your own pace. If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with bodyweight only and building up until you feel stronger!

Do I need home workout equipment?

The App has workouts and plans that are perfect for home and outdoor training - with minimal equipment required. Ideally you have a mat, and if you are looking to build strength we recommend you use dumbbells and you can increase your weight as you progress.

Is the App available on Android

Yes, the GROW App is available for download on both iOS and Android.

Can I try the App for free?


We don't currently offer a free trial, however we occassionally run free trial promotions.

Can I cast workouts to a bigger screen?

Absolutely! You can cast any workout to your TV or laptop by tapping on the icon that will display on the top right of the workout video.

Do I need to go to a gym to do this challenge?

No— there are two versions of the Challenge. The Gym version includes a mix of gym and home sessions. The Home version is 100% at home with dumbbells and a resistance band. You choose what works for your life each week.

I'm a complete beginner, is this for me?

Yes. The plan is built for beginners and for girls who already train. Anna walks you through everything. If you're new to the gym, the plan removes all the guesswork so you walk in knowing exactly what you're doing.

Will I get bulky?

No. Progressive strength training builds shape, definition and tone, not mass. This is the most common fear about lifting weights, and it's not how it works for women training at this level.

What equipment do I need?

For the Gym version: standard gym equipment (the plan avoids anything that requires waiting for specialist machines). For the Home version: a set of dumbbells and a resistance band.

What happens to my price after the offer ends?

Your 30% discount is locked in for life. As long as you stay subscribed on that plan, your price never increases.

What else is included with my subscription?

Everything in the Grow app: full challenge access, all other workout plans, meal plans, cycle-syncing workouts, progress tracking, the community, and all future content updates.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There's no contract. Cancel at any time from the App Store or Stripe portal.
